At Little Dhagaa, we are committed to offering the best customer service each and every time you make a purchase with us. Please glance through our Return, Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy for a seamless shopping experience.
We recommend our customers to always make a video of opening the package on receiving it. We would only entertain requests for return in case of damaged products if there is a video recording of the same.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You are free to cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the orders have been dispatched then they cannot be cancelled.
- Products purchased during sale are not eligible for cancellation.
- No cancellation is allowed for custom made orders.
- No cancellation is allowed for international orders.
RETURN POLICY
- Return is only acceptable in cases wherein the product delivered is in a damaged condition or a wrong product has been sent. Make sure that you share the video of opening the packaging for a hassle-free processing of your request.
- Products returned should be unused, unwashed, unworn and free from damage, fragrance and stains. Make sure that the tags on the product are intact and the product is returned in its original packaging.
- No return is allowed for custom made orders.
- No return is allowed for international orders.
- Products purchased during sale are not eligible for return.
- Customers are required to submit their request for return within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with the video of the opening of the package so that we can look at the issue and have the request processed at the earliest.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange is not allowed for custom made orders.
- Exchange is not allowed for international orders.
- Products purchased during sale cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are required to submit their request for size exchange within 48 hours of the delivery of the product.
- Request for exchange is only acceptable if the required size by the customer is in stock.
Exchange and Return are not accepted in the following conditions:
- If the original tags are not there on the product.
- If the product is not in the original condition i.e. it has been used, worn, washed or damaged.
- Return or exchange is not accepted for difference in color as there is a 10% to 12% difference because of lights and screen resolution.
- Return or exchange is not possible in case the customer does not like the color or material of the dress. We recommend our customers to read the product description before making any purchase and in case of any confusion, get in touch with us for more product details.
REFUND POLICY
- At present, Little Dhagaa does not offer refunds for the cancelled or returned orders.
- There are no refunds for custom made products.
- We offer a credit note of the amount equal to the value of the returned product minus the shipping and COD charges, if any.
- The validity of the credit note will be six months from the date of issuance of credit note.
