  Return

  • Return is only acceptable in cases wherein the product delivered is in a damaged condition or a wrong product has been sent. Make sure that you share the video of opening the packaging for a hassle-free processing of your request.
  • Products returned should be unused, unwashed, unworn and free from damage, fragrance and stains. Make sure that the tags on the product are intact and the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • No return is allowed for custom made orders.
  • No return is allowed for international orders.
  • Products purchased during sale are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are required to submit their request for return within 24-48 hours of the delivery of the product along with the video of the opening of the package so that we can look at the issue and have the request processed at the earliest.

  Help

  • At present, Little Dhagaa does not offer refunds for the cancelled or returned orders.
  • There are no refunds for custom made products.
  • We offer a credit note of the amount equal to the value of the returned product minus the shipping and COD charges, if any.
  • The validity of the credit note will be six months from the date of issuance of credit note.
